May 16, 2024I would not use this store or company again. I’m a bride and went here for reasonably priced bridesmaids dresses. The first shopping trip was fine. I needed to go another time to shop for a bridesmaid who lives outside Canada and it was awful. The person helping me knew nothing and couldn’t even look up a dress from the style code. She told me they didn’t have a dress they DID have simply because she didn’t look up the style code. Despite this awful experience my bridesmaids decided to order from the store. I ordered my out of town bridesmaids dress. I was told when the dress arrives I would get an email and to also check my junk folder since it might be there. For weeks I’ve been looking for the email in my regular inbox and junk and nothing. I’m getting lots of promotional emails from them but nothing saying my dress has arrived. A couple days ago I get a call from the store saying my dress has been there for 7 days already and their wear house space is limited so I need to pick it up. I told them I never got an email and they just told me it’s in my junk, well it’s not. I never got an email. This is frustrating because my time for sending the dress to the bridesmaid out of country for alterations is running out and I could have used those extra days. They also said over the phone I couldn’t really complain about the email because it’s corporate who sends them, not the store. That’s just so silly! Of course I’m going to complain, they work for the company! Oh and this happened to all of my bridesmaids! None of them got the email, all got a call that the dress had been there a week already and would only be held 7 more days.
