what our customers are saying
Laura and Kenzie were wonderful to work with. We found the perfect dress and accessories and got all set with alterations we needed.
Laura and Makenzie were amazing!
Let me start by saying I didn’t come in with high expectations, but I did expect basic kindness and some sense of organization, especially with an appointment already made. We arrived early and hoped to browse bridesmaid dresses while waiting, as the staff were currently with other brides. As our appointment time approached, I approached Laura—who had made the appointment with me that same morning—and let her know we were there for our 3:00 p.m. appointment and that I’d also be trying on bridesmaid dresses, as we had discussed on the phone. She grabbed some dresses and began walking toward the fitting rooms. I followed and pointed out my sister as the bride. While I was trying dresses on, my sister asked if she should begin picking out her own dresses, to which Laura replied, “Oh, no one told me you had an appointment.” I immediately stepped out to correct her, and she doubled down with, “Well, no one told me.” I’m not sure what she was implying—that I made the entire conversation up? Still, I let it go to avoid souring the experience for my sister. As the appointment went on, Laura frequently took over—zipping up dresses, swapping them out, etc.—which is expected. What wasn’t acceptable was her attitude. Any time she stepped away and I helped my sister with anything, she would rush back and scold me for doing her job, even though she hadn’t been present. She was clearly irritated by us helping ourselves, yet made no effort to be consistently available. At one point, I asked if my sister could try on a veil with both of her top dress choices. Laura said yes. But when my sister went to try on the second dress, Laura had already hung the veil on the “do not want” rack. I reminded her politely that we still wanted to try it with the next dress, and she snapped back, “I know, I’m just putting it over here,” in a condescending tone. To make matters worse, another bride—who admitted she didn’t have an appointment—was clearly being prioritized, despite Laura juggling both of us. It was confusing and unprofessional, especially given how absent she was when we actually needed help. The overall experience was disappointing, especially for a bridal appointment that should’ve felt special. Thankfully, we found what we needed, and won’t have to return. Frankly, I feel bad for any bride who has to rely on this team for follow-ups or orders—especially after watching another customer come in asking about her dress, only to have the manager, Kay Kay, offer no answers. Wouldn’t recommend, and won’t be back
