Jul 26, 2024WARNING TO BRIDES GETTING SHIPPED A DRESS** My family and I are from Ohio, but I live in Florida, so I went to try on dresses at the Easton location with my family. I found a beautiful dress and asked if I could have it ordered or shipped to the Tampa location. They told me that it would be best to ship from Columbus to me and that I would receive tracking. I was told this should arrive mid-August. On 7/23, my fiancé walked out of the apartment and found a box on the porch and asked me if I knew what it was - I read the return label to find out my wedding dress had been left on my porch for hours. No required signature. No tracking was ever sent. Thank god I worked from home that day as we had a massive storm come through that would have absolutely ruined the dress had it been left outside. This is not a reflection of my stylist as she was phenomenal, but to ship a $700+ item without any guarantee that it is received by the consumer, is insane to me. I asked customer service if they ever include a required signature and she told me that this is never included when shipping dresses. So please beware if you plan to have a dress shipped to you.

Jul 25, 2024Very good customer service both from the ladies at the front to the seamstress in the back. Everyone was so kind and efficient. They were great at making sure my wedding dress fit the way I wanted it to before taking it home! My bridesmaids even got their dresses from here and they were so great at making sure it was the style that they liked. They do what they can to make you feel beautiful :)
