This Valentine’s Day, love took over the heart of New York City. David’s Bridal was honored to partner with Sezzle and the Times Square Alliance to bring the annual Love in Times Square celebration to life on February 14, transforming one of the world’s most iconic destinations into a living, breathing stage for modern love.
From sunrise vows to surprise engagements to an unforgettable city‑wide vow renewal at dusk, Times Square became a wedding aisle, a proposal stage, and a love story backdrop all at once—and we’re still swooning.
Hundreds of couples gathered in the Crossroads of the World for a once‑in‑a‑lifetime opportunity: to say yes (or yes again) in the middle of Times Square.
Some came with years of memories already made there—like Alexis and Marvin, whose many date nights in Times Square inspired them to exchange vows in the exact place their story unfolded. Even if their families thought they were a little “crazy,” their open‑air ceremony couldn’t have been more perfect for them.
For Ben and Kelly, high school sweethearts who grew up side by side, a Times Square wedding felt like the natural culmination of their happiest moments together. “What better place to get married,” they said, “than somewhere that holds our best memories?” Best of all? Our very own CEO, Kelly Cook, was the officiant.

By midday, two couples had tied the knot, two more had gotten engaged, and countless more had shared their stories, emotions, and dreams with the crowds around them. Some proposals were meticulously planned. Others—like Kietra Tillman’s—came as a complete shock. “I didn’t expect this,” she said through tears. “It’s a whole news conference!”

Behind the scenes, our glam room buzzed with excitement as creators, partners, and media friends stopped by to prepare for the day’s festivities. They browsed pieces from our newest collection, styled their looks at our accessory bar, and enjoyed beauty moments courtesy of our friends at GLAMSQUAD, who made sure everyone stepped into Times Square feeling radiant.
It was a joyful celebration of fashion, creativity, and partnership—and the perfect prelude to a day centered around love in all its forms.

As the sun set and Times Square’s neon lights came alive, hundreds gathered for the evening’s grand finale: a spectacular vow renewal ceremony that had the entire city watching.
Couples old and new recommitted to each other in front of the world—emotional, joyful, completely in love. From longtime partners to newlyweds, the energy was pure magic.
For many, the night was especially meaningful. Teon Henderson and Deondre Moultrie shared the story of meeting on their shared birthday five years earlier. “We entered each other’s lives at exactly the right time,” Henderson said—a reminder that sometimes love finds us when we least expect it.
Seeing these stories unfold all around us was nothing short of extraordinary. And being part of these moments? Truly an honor.
This year marked the 15th anniversary of the Love in Times Square Valentine’s Day tradition—and what a way to celebrate. We’re endlessly thankful to our partners at Sezzle, the Times Square Alliance, and Autumn Communications for helping create a day filled with joy, community, and unforgettable memories.
At David’s Bridal, we believe life’s biggest milestones should feel effortless, meaningful, and full of joy. Standing at the intersection of Broadway and Seventh Avenue, surrounded by real couples and real emotion, that mission felt more alive than ever.

To everyone who joined us in Times Square this Valentine’s Day: thank you. Your stories, your smiles, your celebrations—they’re why we do what we do.
And if you missed this year’s festivities? Don’t worry. Love in Times Square will be back, and we’ll be cheering on every “yes,” every kiss, and every moment in between.
Here’s to love, to joy, and to the magic of coming together.
