Shipping and delivery timeframes quoted on the site will not begin until appropriate approval and verification of your order has been obtained.
On occasion, your order or specific items in your order may be out of stock. We apologize for this situation and will notify you via email that your order/item has been cancelled. Please check back on our website soon, as regular-priced inventory is updated daily and new products are added all the time. Inventory quantities are limited for Sale and Outlet items, and they are not replenished, so order early for the best selection.

David's Bridal shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, David's Bridal shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge.
