After you complete the online checkout process, you will receive an email containing your seven-digit order number and a summary of all the items you purchased. This notification will also list estimated processing and delivery times for each item. If you have any questions, click Contact Us at the bottom of your order notification email and send us a message.
If you have not received an order notification email, first check your spam folder and email settings, then contact us by texting "Hello" to 38201. Texting allows you to go about your day and respond at your leisure.
If You Placed an Order at a David's Bridal Store
When you place an order at one of our stores, you will be given an estimated delivery date. If you would like to check your order's status, call us at 1-844-400-3222 or text "Hello" to 38201.
If You Have an Online Account
Log in by clicking Login at the top right of our website. Click My Orders or Order History for a list of current and past orders, then click the order number for order status and tracking information.
If You Checked Out as a Guest
Visit our Order Status page, enter your order number and the email address used to place the order, then click View Order for order status and tracking information. If your order does not appear, please contact Customer Service at 1-844-400-3222 or text "Hello" to 38201.
Tracking may not be available for 24–48 hours after you receive each shipment notification email. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to track your order, click Contact Us at the bottom of your shipment notification email and send us a message. If you have not received the shipment notification email, contact us at 1-844-400-3222 or text "Hello" to 38201.
