Tis’ The Season For Head Turning Fashion!
by Nicole Brewer
‘Tis the season to celebrate the holidays with head-turning fashion! New Year’s Eve will be here before we know it, and with it, 365 more days to look and feel your absolute best. If you’re in the market for a new dress in one of the hot jewel tones or metallic finishes, go ahead and indulge your fashion needs. But sometimes, all you really need to do is pick up a few new accessories to make a New Year’s party feel like a gala. From gold jewelry and embellished sashes & headpieces to sparkly clutches and metallic heels, there’s simply no shortage of sizzling accessories to create traffic-stopping looks and unforgettable photos you’ll love!
Embellishments
Nothing transforms ‘Simple’ into ‘Simply Fabulous’ quite like embellished accessories. Try adding an elegant waist-cinching sash to a basic dress or donning a dramatic rhinestone headpiece for a little bit of holiday magic.

Gold has made a huge comeback this year and can be perfect for ringing in the new one. Enhance the look of any color with true gold and nude shimmer, which gives a perfect glimpse of the rich metal.

Silver
Silver is here to stay and is stunning opposite black, sheers, gunmetal, pewter and deep jewel tones alike.

Wraps
Dramatic capes, boleros and wraps add whimsy to any festivity. Party in a winter wonderland, or just pretend to in one of these stunning add-ons that make your entrance & exit fashionably grand.

Whether you chose to go bold with color or classic with winter white or molten metallics, use accessories as a way to punctuate your message of fun, fearless, fashion all year long!
Happy New Year!
Party Perfect Holiday Accessories
by Nicole Brewer
This holiday season delivers a handful of fresh, festive extras. Traditional design elements like lace, metallic and fringe show up in unexpected places that can help you create new looks, without rockin’ your pockets. And for many of us, it can be the one time of year to be daring and courageous with our fashion choices.
Sculptural Jewelry
The sweet floral trend meets the elegance of bling with this bold crystal bracelet that makes jewelry look more like art work.

While I may not find an occasion to wear my wedding gown again, I can’t wait to don this bold necklace! Its bright white shape resembles snowflakes and really pops against a simple strapless silhouette.

Embellishments
From handbags and shoes to waist cinching sashes, jewels, sequins and floral embellishments pump up the volume on these must-have holiday accessories. This rhinestone beaded sash in red or black can accentuate a waistline on any dress or pull together separates like a sleek blouse and chic tuxedo pants.

Lace
Traditional lace gets a modern makeover with nude and metallic underlays and eye catching shapes.

Metallics
The sassiest satin peep-toe pump just got upgraded with sophisticated crystals that can work with both holiday suits and dresses alike.

Fringe
Feather and fur-like accents adds the touch of drama your holiday style needs.

Fall Wedding Favors
by Nicole Brewer
The soft pastels of spring and bright colors of summer may not work after September, but autumn weddings have a gorgeous color palette as well! Fall weddings often incorporate yellow, orange, red and brown shades, creating sophisticated bridal style, warm and inviting wedding décor and unforgettable wedding favors. Here are my favorite wedding favor ideas that embody the warm comforts of fall and can be easily customized for your celebration.
Caramel Apples
Few edible delights can put your wedding guests in the festive spirit quite like candy apples! So, why not treat them to fall’s quintessential indulgence, elegantly packaged with ribbons to match your wedding colors. Place them in metal pails for that “just-picked” effect that guests can grab as they go.

Candles
Capture the ambience of autumn with scented table candles or sets of long taper candles in cozy shades of burnt orange, mustard or sage. Label and use them as place cards for seating assignments, wrap them with twine or put them in pretty boxes.

Delights in a Jar
Fruit preserves, mini maple syrups and apple butter offer another sweet way to say, “thank you.” Package the sweet spread into mini jars and tie them with ribbon and a small hang tag for the thank you.

Petite Pastries
Pastries and pies that have been reduced to individual serving size are, for some reason, absolutely irresistible! Show off your favorite mini fall deserts in portable monogrammed bags or neat, personalized boxes for a more polished look.

Bottled Chocolates
You don’t have to spend a bundle on your favors to make them look special or unique. It’s all about creative packaging. Buy small, inexpensive corked bottles and fill them up with bulk chocolate.
