You want to look your best on your big day and a large part of that is the dress, whether it is for prom or for your wedding. Shopping alone can be intimidating, so it never hurts to have a second opinion. Who you want to have with you depends on which of the following events you are shopping for.

It can be a good idea to shop for prom dresses in two stages:

Stage One

Go on a scouting mission with your most trusted besties. You want the girls who are not going to grab your favorite dress from under your nose. You spend enormous amounts of time picking out your prom dress and getting ready, so you should be sure to immortalize your effort in photographs. Be Happy in Your Photos

Good Morning DB readers and Happy inFormative Friday! Have you noticed couples are getting engaged left and right? Spring is in the air and so is love obviously! Well, on Tuesday USA Today featured one of our statistics from our “What’s On Bride’s Minds” survey!  I bet you didn’t know this, but…More than half of brides (57%) would change something about their engagement ring if they could, with the biggest gripe being wanting a bigger stone (19%). Despite this, only 36% actually would go through with upgrading!  Is there something you would change about your ring, or do you absolutely love it?
