Rated 5 out of 5 by luckyinlove007 Love this Veil
This is a very nice veil for the price. It is very plain but that's the style now. There is no seam on the edge, it's literally just cut tulle but that's what makes it romantic. Is it worth the 150.00? Well that's up to you but I think it will be hard to find another veil thats shaped perfectly that drapes just as well as this one. I say, fork over the 150.00 and drape yourself in Vera for a day. How many occasions will you be wearing a veil to anyway?

I bought this veil online so I was very excited that it turned out to be perfect!!!! The veil has a lot of volume to it and it photographs nicely. My dress did not have a train to it added the perfect amount of drama to my look. I would highly recommend this veil!!! Thanks Vera for making a Davids Bridal line!! :)

Buying a veil is a really personal decision for each bride and I was no exception to this. I had to try it on with my dress in-store to see what worked — and this really worked for me. I tried on many different lengths and honestly this one was my favorite because it didn't create any awkward lines and just cascaded downwards, creating this really ethereal, airy feeling. My wedding was destination so this looked beautiful in all the pictures and was very versatile... in any full length pictures, you can see the drama of it, while in the closer up photos, you can't tell the difference between it and a shorter length veil. I got the veil professionally steamed (it comes in a bag folded up) in Hawaii and it was just perfect!

I devoted most of my wedding day look budget to my gown. When I purchased it, the consultant suggested a matching Monique Lhuiller veil that cost around $2,000!! That was definitely out of the question, so I was excited to see this veil online. When I first received it in the mail, it was of course all crinkled up from being bunched into the shipping bag. The tulle felt pretty stiff at first too and I thought that there was no way it would work. I then decided to put it in the bathroom with the hot steam from the shower to get the wrinkles out. The tulle became softer (and less wrinkled of course) and didn't look as cheap as it did right off the bat. Anyway, it's obviously not the best material or anything, and definitely seems like you could just go to a fabric store and get the same tulle for way cheaper than $150, but if you are lazy/don't know how to make a veil, I think this would work.
