not as good as i thought it was going to be
i had my heart set on this dress, and it wasnt as good as i thought it was going to be. its very flattering and long and all around nice, but i am quite tall and hippy with a very small waist and bust and it just didnt flatter my particular body shape. im sure it would look fantastic on someone with a bit more in the cleavage area.

First one I tried
Went to David's with a friend solely with the intention of trying on a few dresses and preselecting some for a future return visit. This was the first one I put on. It hugged my curves in all the right way and fit perfectly from top to bottom, which I really wasn't expecting to find in a dress right off the bat. Tried 6 or 7 more on and then tried this one on again at the end with a veil and cried. Bought it on the spot.

Love this dress!!
This dress is beautiful. I love how its sexy yet elegant. It hugs all the right curves. Im 6ft and 150lbs so I loved that it was actually long enough that I didn't need added length.

This was almost it...
Based on the online photo, I never would have looked at this dress in person. It was actually my bridesmaid's pick, and I am glad, but also a little heartsick, that I tried this on. If I were having a modern city wedding, or even a rustic-fancy country picnic (my dream alternate wedding!), this is the dress I would be wearing. The lace and netting is beautiful, and moves in gorgeous ways. It really enhanced my curves in a very Monroe style, and made me feel so sexy. Also, compared to similar lacy "couture" gowns, this one is OMG CHEAP! The only bad thing I found about it was that it was a little hard to sit in, but that only encouraged good posture, which is a must for dinner photos. This is the dress that makes me wish I was having a different style of wedding. As it is, I found the dress that made the "dress stress" just *poof*cease to exist, and it is perfect, but there will always be that alternate me that wore this dress on my wedding day.
