Audrey Inspired I new I wanted a tea length dress ever since I saw Funny Face with Audrey Hepburn. I did not expect to fall in love with the swiss dots, but they were adorable. I felt classy and fun. March 15, 2014
Flattering, fresh and fun I knew I wanted a tea length gown and went back to DB for a 2nd time to try on dresses. Like other reviewers I was thrilled this gown has pockets. Wow ! They are not easily visible, but so cute and convenient. My right hand is in a pocket in both pics. The pic shows me in a size 14, but it had to be pinned, since they didn't have my size. I'm a 12 in bridal gowns and wear a street size 10, 5' 6" 149 lbs. I really liked the sweetheart neckline which adds shape and is so flattering. I didn't try on the petticoat since I liked the shape the dress has. I tried it on with the Felina seamless long bra (38 B). It was a little too padded for my taste, but provided great tummy control. It adds a visible, slimming effect. I added a DB sash with 3 pretty purple/ mauve-toned flowers and a mauve satin ribbon. I included the DB crystal t-strap heels (style Tia), which I bought that day. They are dyeable and the heel is a comfortable 3". Overall this dress felt light, fresh and wearable for a May civil ceremony along the River Walk in San Antonio, TX. I hope this review helps you decide on your perfect dress. I for one have relied on all the pictures on this site of real brides-to-be to make a choice. The models are gorgeous, but it's great to see these gowns on real women. February 26, 2014
I was disappointed I was disappointed at the level of the dress. Around a single ply of felt true Tulle dress inexpensive. This dress is not fit for a wedding ceremony dresses. I was looking for a wedding dress. This level is for the reception. Too falling price-quality dresses. This dress is actually better than the pictures. Model Photo of the rich dress, but actually seems poorly. February 4, 2014
Perfect in Polka Dots I LOVED my dress. I loved every bit of it. Especially the polka dots and my secret pockets. I am only 5ft4 but with some tayloring the dress fit me perfectly. I did buy the poofy underskirt and fitted corset bra which helped fit much better and added flair. For a curvy girl this is a MUST! I had to get it taken in the bust because I bought my dress in a 12 and the dress fit my bottom and mid section perfectly but was HUGE in the chest. I also bought the sash but it was kind of plain so added a few embellishments and had the sash sown to me dress in order to stay put. I was married on a Farm in almost 100 degree weather. The shorter dress was easy to dance in and also very airy which helped because although my hair and make-up ended up melting I wasn't dying under the fabric. I am so happy with this dress that I am considering dying it and wearing it as a party dress! October 29, 2013
