Simple but sexy This dress is so simple but it is absolutely beautiful. It is PERFECT for my rustic wedding! I am very skinny but this dress still shows of my curves. Love it! October 3, 2013
beautiful but... I absolutely fell in love with this dress. It is so flattering and I got tons of compliments on it. However, about 6 hours into the day/night (halfway through my reception) I had to change. It rubbed on my arms non stop and I have very obviously red arms around the straps in most of the pictures I have gotten back. The marks actually stayed for about 2 days after the wedding. Kind of a bummer, but still gorgeous. September 10, 2013
Said "yes" to my elegant dress! Saw this dress on the website and already had it on my "faves" list of dresses to try on at my appointment. It really does look and feel like it's a more expensive dress. Super elegant and gorgeous. I tried on the ivory dress and LOVED it, but when I said "yes" to this dress, I ended up ordering it in white. The other dress I was debating between before I chose this was in white and was one of the major draws. I wanted to be more bridal and adhere to the "wedding rituals" as I'm super excited to marry my fiance, so that's why I ordered this dress for me in white instead. I also ended up getting this with a long, white two-tiered veil that goes a little past my derriere. CANNOT WAIT!!! August 28, 2013
Pleasantly Surprised The day I went dress shopping I really had no idea what style I was looking for, but I knew I wasn't interested in strapless. The sales associates at David's Bridal were very helpful in picking up various styles as were my friends who came along to help. This particular style was on display at the shop and I noticed it when I walked in, but didn't think anything of it. In fact, when a sales associate brought it over suggesting that I try, I really had no interest. I was so pleasantly surprised when I put the dress on and had it clipped into place. It fit my body extremely well; I'm 5'2" with broad shoulders and practically no hips, I wanted to avoid looking top heavy and this dress was extremely flattering! I couldn't decide between the attached chiffon sash and a silver sash I had tried, so for the wedding I opted for the chiffon sash during the ceremony and switched up to a silver sash for the reception. Rather than creating a large bow on my back side, I positioned the existing sash in such a way where it hung down the back of the dress, it looked very elegant! All I can say is if you don't know exactly what you want, it doesn't hurt to try, even if you may think a dress isn't your style, you may be pleasantly surprised! August 12, 2013
