white is not good...
I tried this dress on in ivory and fell in love. I decided I wanted it in white and ordered it. When I picked it up, I was horrified. the taffeta in white honestly looked and felt like a garbage bag. I tried it on and immediately started crying. Luckily, the staff at DB is amazing and let me pick a new dress. Just be careful when ordering in white!

The One
I was just walking by David's bridal with my sister one day and decided to walk in. I had not tried a dress on yet since my wedding at the time was over a year away. But I came across this dress and wanted to try it on. It was the neck line and collar that had caught my eye. (the picture shows this gown no justice). The first and only dress I tried on. I cried and fell in love. THIS IS THE DRESS! I guess I wasnt a bridezilla after all.

The Perfect Dress!
My mother and I went in to buy and order another dress. I saw this dress as soon as I walked in. The classic look of it made me like it, but it wasn't the dress I saw myself walking down the aisle in. My mom BEGGED me to try this dress on, and instantly I fell in love.
This dress WAS NOT the dress I imagined myself in, but the perfect one for my wedding day. What made it even more special is my husband to be, THEN, went to a bridal show with me and saw this dress and LOVED IT! I then knew it was The ONE :)

Yay!
So, this was one of the dresses that I saw online that said nothing to me. I tried on endless amounts of dresses as DB and other salons and none of them really felt like the right one. Then I told the consultant to bring out any suggestions (after my 3rd DB trip) and she brought out this one. It was perfect and fit like a glove. Best part is that I didnt have to wear a bra with it due to the design and it having a back. I never had to worry about my neck feeling tired or sore like I do when I wear a bikini top all day and it was such a light airy comfortable dress not all big and heavy and full of itchy fabric like some of the others I tried. The only thing I didnt love was that the collar stayed up all the time and I didnt want to end up with makeup all over it. I liked it better folded down a bit and just had my seamstress tack the collar down a little so it didnt hit my chin. I loved the simplicity of this dress though the taffeta makes it so sparkly and I felt gorgeous in it the whole day and night! It didnt get in the way and I danced the WHOLE night and it was great for dancing too :)
