Great Fit I am 5' 3", 145lbs, 34-31-40. I tried on about seven dresses before this one. Each looked great in the picture but not so great on me. This dress was a choice but not in the top 5- not only did it fit perfectly (no pins and not tight), it was exactly what I wanted. I am having a destination wedding so I wanted a light material (was going for Chiffon), a nice design on the bodice and A-Line but not fitted. When I tried this on it looked great. When I added a beaded belt to it - SPECTACULAR. I cannot wait for my future husband to see me in it!! December 6, 2013
Beautiful and flattering! This is actually the second dress I've bought for my wedding. I purchased my first through a website based in China only to find out I had been scammed out of my money set aside for my beautiful dress. I was completely heartbroken and with only 50 days until my wedding, very anxious! I went to my local DB, told them my story, and they were SO nice and made me feel a lot better. I'm having a beach wedding and tried on a few others but kept coming back to this one. It's so light and airy compared to others I've tried on and very flattering. I have a larger bottom and this hides everything nicely :) I also love the small detail of the swiss dots, it gives it a little something extra. I will have to get it hemmed up a few inches, I'm 5'7 and without shoes, it's still quite long. For only $399, this is definitely an amazing deal for the bride on a budget. November 22, 2013
My 2nd Best Dress This was the first dress I tried on and I had immediately loved it. I am 5'3" and a size 10 with a small chest (34B). The bodice fit perfectly and the tulle with polka dots was fun and pretty. If you are looking for a simple, understated dress that makes you feel beautiful, then this is one of those dresses. When I looked at a side view of myself I noticed that it made me look bigger than I was comfortable with. I am not a skinny minny so the extra tulle made me look bigger than I was. I decided on another simple and beautiful David's Bridal dress (Style V3540) which was better for my shape, but this dress was definitely a very close 2nd place! November 7, 2013
p e r f e c t i o n. I had tried on a zillion dresses where I live, in Australia, none of them which I loved and all of them way too pricey for what I had in mind to spend. Once I got stateside to visit family, I came to David's Bridal with my Mum and Auntie where I saw this dress in the catalogue and prayed they had it in stock, and that I would love it on me just as much as I loved the photo of it. It was the first dress I tried on there and I LOVED it. I didn't need to try anything else on. The elegance and simplicity of it, it's absolutely ethereal. This dress doesn't make me feel like a princess, it makes me feel like an angel, which is exactly what I wanted. The Swiss dots are the icing on the cake, just noticeable enough but not so bold that it takes away from the dress as a whole (or the bride!), just perfect to add that bit of fun-ness and spunk. And so affordable! Who would have thought??? Can't wait to wear it on the beach at our wedding in December!!! Yew!! October 11, 2013
