The Unexpected
I had my heart set on something on something totally different. I always knew that I wanted a fit and flare or trumpet style dress and thought that I would go in a more elaborate and dramatic direction, but the other dresses were very detailed but too much. This was the something that I was not expecting. I tried on this dress and I just knew that this was it. I loved the fit and that it was simple with just a bit of bling. I am going to modify the neckline to more of a modest sweetheart and I am adding a different sash, but this dress is awesome! And the price made it so much sweeter.

Simple never looked so sweet!
After 2 long days of trying on nearly 20 dresses with my ever-so-patient bridesmaids, I was starting to get discouraged. I was a bride on a budget, but sure didn't want to look like one. My bestie brought me this one as a last attempt for what was going to be another fruitless day. I didn't realize I had seen this one about a dozen times in the magazine and had past right over it, due to it looking so understated. Sometimes images just don't do it justice. Once I tried it on, it felt like home. My consultant told me I could add a sache which might help it "POP" more. They always say "Once you find THE dress, you'll just know." They were so right. I cried once they put the sache on me, cause I had found 'The One'. It was so elegant and simple, and the sache and veil brought the whole thing together. AND UNDER $300..this BudgetBride was sitting on cloud 9. I felt so beautiful, and not just because our guests and my new husband told me over and over. :) Thanks DB!

pure elegance
I've never in my life written a review and have often been disappointed with the downhill fall it seems lately of the customer service industry, BUT not here. The Davids Bridal staff was simply fantastic!!! They assisted every step of the way and found me the gown I didn't even know I was looking for. It was understated which allowed for the accessories to add as opposed to take away from the dress. It was old hollywood glamour at its finest. I was amazed at the cost under $300 and alterations were minimal, only needing to take the bust out. They went above and beyond to help me ship it to my destination along with all accessories (shoes, ship, bra, veil) so that I didn't need to worry about it on the plane from Houston to Minnesota. I cannot count the number of compliments I received over how beautiful I looked and the dress being simply amazing. I still get them and it made the day perfect. Thank you David's Bridal for not making me spend a fortune to make this day look as if I had.

LOVE this dress!!
I went into Davids Bridal with a picture of this dress and a few others, This was the first dress I tried on and I knew it was the one, I tried on a few others but came back to this one right away! I am so happy with this dress, its simple yet classy, the beading detail is gorgeous and the back is stunning! This fit my figure so well I don't even need any alterations, I am 5'4 and have a 2 year old so I wasn't sure if it would look good but it was incredible. I felt so beautiful and sexy with this dress on, it is light and comfortable, my wedding is an outdoor summer wedding and I cannot wait to wear this dress!
