Strapless Tea-Length Gown with Cap Sleeve Shrug Style 9T9948
Perfect for a Garden Wedding
My husband and I got married in the beautiful Schell's Brewery Garden in New Ulm, MN and had a peacock color/theme, since they have free-roaming peacocks and peahens. I couldn't have a long dress due to all of the flowers and foliage. The dress was still a little long when I first purchased it, but the alterations specialist at DB West Fargo, ND was awesome and shortened it for me.
The look on my husband's face when he first saw me was absolutely priceless. I felt beautiful and comfortable in the dress and loved the vintage appeal to it. The little jacket also helped to cover some of my tattoos, which my grandmother and husband's mother really loved!

This dress is just the BEST! I love the tea length, I didn't need help moving around or going to the bathroom, but still looked elegant.

Pretty and Comfortable
I knew I wanted a tea length gown, but that's really hard to find in a salon. But I didn't want to risk ordering online. I'm so happy I found this dress. It went straight to the top of the list because it was so comfortable (and I've been around too long for that not to count!). I added a pretty substantial petticoat to help add a waist and am very happy to have gone with a colored sash (for a St. Patrick's wedding). The sash it comes with was the only thing disappointing about it. The dress doesn't wrinkle, and it lasted all day.

felt like a princess
The minute I saw this dress I fell in love with it. I took friends with me to the shop to talk me out of it and they did just the opposite.....thank goodness! Normally I wear a 24, but the 22 fit perfectly and could have even been taken in a smidge come wedding time. The lacey bolero was a little "over the top" for me, so I purchased a matching solid silk one instead.
I was appalled with myself for spending what I considered a great deal of money for a dress for one day, but it was well worth it.
Now I am considering wearing it to my niece's wedding. I don't know whether to dye the dress or simply buy another sash and bolero jacket in a different color.
All in all, I would do it again in a heartbeat!
