Yes! To This Dress
I have been searching for the perfect dress for over a year. My wedding is this summer and I had originally chosen a different dress, till one day I went into DB's with my brides maids and began a series of dresses. My consultant was very understanding and nice. I had tried on about five different dresses and she came around the corner with this one. I fell in love and when I tried it on, I knew that this was the dress that I was to walk down the isle in. I absalutely said YES TO THIS DRESS!!!!!

It makes me feel like a princess!
I went with my mom to DB about a month ago with a particular dress in mind. I tried on several dresses, along with the one I intended on getting. None of them felt special when I saw my reflection in the mirror. I remembered seeing a dress on the rack that had a bow made of beading on the hip, so I scowered through the dresses until i found it & took it back to my dressing room. I had no idea what the dress looked like, other than it had a side bow, before putting it on. My mom had a HUGE smile on her face and said, "This is the one!! It's gorgeous!!" I walked out of the dressing room, looked in the mirror, almost cried, and fell in love! I knew it was the one too. I went all around the store wearing it, looking at veils & headpieces. I didn't want to take it off! I felt glamourous! We went back to DB a couple of days ago & ordered it in white, petite length. I'm like 5'1, so I was thrilled that it comes in petite, even though the site doesn't show it. It will be in around the end of July & my wedding is August 26th. I am SO excited to see the look on my future hubby's face when he sees me in this dress!!!!

THE Dress!!!!
I had two visits to david's Bridal prior to my last and each time I thought that I had found my dress. The first time, the price was a bit much, but I would have paid it, until my second visit and my daughter tried on a dress that I loved and then my gown no longer fit. so I tried on another. I fell in love with it and that was the dress. I went to other designer's in town and still kept coming back to that dress. So my mom and Grandmother came and the 4 generations of first daughters went to Davids for the dress, and my grandmother right away said she liked my original dress on display. I tried it on after several dresses and we all agreed (except my mom) that the dress was really nice... (Really nice? for my wedding dress?) ready to cry, in came the manager and she told me to put my arms up and she slipped this dress on, and the area got silent when i walked out, and everyone was breathless and my grandmother, who never really smiles was smiling. she said, "stop shopping, you have found it!" and I was so inlove with the fit of this dress, that I agreed. the dress is everything of every little item I loved of every dress I liked!

nice but Not for me
My first trip to Davids I went with my Mom. I fell in love with the second dress I tried on. I didn't make the purchase that day because it was my first time looking at dresses. My second trip back was with my MOH and another bridesmaid. I tried on more dresses including my favorite but never got the reaction I was expecting from them. My MOH talked me into this dress which is very nice(very traditional). I purchased this dress only to go home and cry knowing I bought the wrong dress. I returned with yet a 3rd bridesmaid and she loved my original "trendy" dress. She gave me the advice which helped. I need to love my dress it doesn't matter what others want. Long story short. This dress in my opinion is great for a traditional bride, very light, back is gorgeous. I thought the beading looked a little cheap but alterations said they could be removed. Just make sure it's YOUR dress and not what u think others want to see you in.
