My perfect gown After trying on tons of different styles, we were exhausted and I was getting nervous I would never find the right dress that made me feel as pretty as I wanted to on my wedding day - until we found this dress. The heart shaped detailing on the chest is really lovely, and the dress is really flattering. It was comfortable, and not too heavy for my end-of-summer wedding. Everyone was raving about how beautiful it was, and I felt fantastic in it. Would recommend this dress to anyone in a heartbeat, it was the perfect gown for a perfect day! September 5, 2013
OMG!!! This is the dress for you! I bought a wedding dress in June it was the fit and flare mermaid dress. I had to return it because of a job loss. I thought it was the worst day of life to return a dress I fell in love with! I came in on Sat 8/24/13 to get my dress again, I tried it again, it was horrible fit! I looked like I was a couple of months pregnant. I am not! I brought my whole bridal party and my fiancee. As soon as I walked out of the dressing room in this dress everyone was like yes! This is it! My brother walked up to me and said, "Are you saying yes to the dress?" I said yes! It makes me so look so beautiful! I felt like a princess! A true Princess! My fiancee cried when I put on the dress and veil, He said I was his angel missing wings. I think if you are a bigger woman because I am an 18W and this made me look so wonderful and like a bride. This was my dress! About two weeks ago when my maid of honor came down to visit me, I took her to David's Bridal to look at dress styles to get an idea. It was my first time looking and honestly I didn't actually expect to get my dress that day. I figured I'd go back at a later date but have a little fun while I was there with her. This was the second dress I tried on and originally I didn't know if I liked it. It wasn't until I tried others on that I realized I couldn't imagine anything else. I tried it on a second time and knew it was mine. When Kelsey put the veil on me I started to cry. Against everything I planned I bought my dress and I absolutely love it! I can't wait for my wedding now because I know I'll look beautiful. Even as a plus sized gown it's amazing. July 9, 2013
I Said Yes To The Dress! A couple weekends ago, I made an appointment to try on dresses. With my wedding being three years away, I had no intention of actually buying a dress (and neither did my notoriously tight-fisted mom). I had selected a few dresses to try on, four total, and this was the first one. When I came out in it, I felt the feeling--it fit like a glove, and my mom described me as being "one with the dress". It was so flattering and the details were just right. The other dresses I tried on were all beautiful and I would not have cried having any of them at my wedding. But none of them could top this dress. And even my mom knew it when she saw me in it, and slapped down money for it within the hour we were there. Now it is hermetically sealed in my mom's closet for the next three years. We did take pictures of me in it (sadly I keep having trouble loading them here) and have only shown the wedding party and immediate family. When my four year old nephew saw the pictures, he said, "Bubba, you're a princess!" I sure do feel like one in that dress! July 3, 2013
