Great Dress, Pockets!!!
I went into the store just to look around at my year mark. I walked out with this dress that day! It was the first dress I tried on and the last! I loved it right away. I knew I wanted pockets and it was perfect. I just hated that god awful bow! haha, just not my style. Very comfy not restricting. The material is a little different but still great. All in all I lloved it and would recommend to anyone.

Dream
I tried this dress on as a possibility for my 10th anniversary reception-do-over dress and fell in love. The style is perfect for an elegant but casual style wedding, or in my case, outdoor Florida picnic in the "winter." The fabric is soft, lightweight, non-shiny, and doesn't make any swishy noise when you move. The bow and subtle rhinestones are great. One thing, I want straps and the front does come up slightly higher than it should, but it's an easy fix. I love this dress.

Practical and fun!
This dress is a great canvas for a creative bride. The picture on this website makes it look like a classic, elegant, ballroom gown. However I wore it at my playful, rustic style wedding. The fabric is durable and practical, in that, it outlasts any normal or even hearty activities you're going to take on for the day and night. I played around in the grass and danced the night away in this gown and it copped a beating! But all day and night, it looked untouched and perfect. The dress has POCKETS! Yes, pockets! Lipstick and my iPhone lived in there, as well as my hands as they naturally made their way in there while I was relaxing out of the spotlight, or keeping them warm in the wintery outdoors. The beauty of this dress is the contradiction between the top and bottom - it had a delicate sweetheart neckline and a short torso, then balloons out into a playful ball of fun! It has just enough puff to make you feel special, but the tiny "look" of the top is a flattering look in all angles and moments - no sucking in required, especially after dinner!
I made two big alterations - I took off the bow (which also had the bling) as this didn't suit my style or theme of the wedding. I added some lace to the top as I have round, undefined shoulders which is not flattering for my body type. I left everything else as is.
I received A LOT of compliments on the day and still do now with everyone seeing it in my photo album etc.
David's Bridal was such an amazing group of people to work with. I will always recommend them!
Side note: I also got my bridesmaids dresses (pictured) from DB.
