Lovely
This was my 2nd dress. The first dress was beautiful but I herniated a disc in my lower back a month before my wedding. I was put on steroid treatment and gained some weight. I already had all of my accessories bought so I opted for a simple dress. This dress is lovely. The satin is beautiful. I added a Sangria sash and it was stunning. My waist looked so tiny. I felt beautiful! This is the kind of dress that you can make your own. I wish I could wear it again.

So excited!
My fiance and I are getting married in the Bahamas in April 2012 so I thought initially that I needed a flowy, "beachy" dress. I'm 5'08" and 125 and even though the lighter dresses looked ok on me I found they weren't what I really wanted. While at my second appointment at the David's in Alexandria, LA and after several of the same type of light, flowy dresses my mom chose this dress for me to try on. I'd seen it on the website and thought it looked too full and heavy for a beach wedding but as soon as I put it on everyone teared up, including my dad! I was pleasantly surprised at how light it was and even though it was warm inside the store I didn't feel uncomfortable. It needed to be altered just a tad since I won't be wearing shoes so my seamstress added more pick ups instead of hemming the bottom. I also purchased the pool blue (basically Tiffany blue) embellished sash and two pool blue flowers for my hair because I won't be wearing a veil. This dress is everything I never knew I wanted! I'm doubly excited because not only will I wear it for our wedding ceremony in April but in May there will be a reception with our friends and family so I get to wear it twice!

IT"S A DREAM COME TRUE
When I found this dress online I was instantly in-love with it. When I went in for my appointment today I tried on 5 others that were great but something didn���t feel right. They were beautiful but not for me. I saved the best for last. As I tried on this dress I had goosebumps. Perhaps it was the fact that I had dreams of me wearing this dress and I have been anticipating this moment for months. I knew it was for me the second I put it on. I can���t wait to wear this beautiful dress on my wedding day in October.
The jacket you see me in with this dress 3/4SLVSTN is beautiful with the dress, however I decided to go with the chiffon Shrug 81094 for a lighter look (in White.) The sash is so pretty with it too if your looking for a silver look. G21600 I���m getting the sash too. :)

I LOVE MY DRESS
I originally thought I wanted a simple flowing gown. They were awful on my shape. Then, I tried this gown on and I knew it was it before I even zipped it up. I purchased the gown today and I can't wait to wear it for my wedding in July. I purchased the 2 inch satin ribbon in watermelon to wear with it. (the picture shows the white ribbon it comes with. I am ringing the "I found my dress" bell in this picture). It's perfect!
