Finally!
I wasn't exactly a David's customer at first. The shop was too crowded and I left with only a new bra. Then I fell for a gown almost exactly like this, at a different bridal chain. But the price was far above what I could afford, and the chain did not have a store credit card or layaway. I ordered a different dress, but could not get the first one out of my mind.
When my dress arrived and I tried it on, it did not fit as well as the sample that I tried on. I had gained weight. I was disappointed in the way the dress looked and fit. Fairly depressed about it.
So on an impulse I went to David's in Nashua, where I had recently gotten my maid of honor's gown. I had seen some other gowns online, including this one, that I thought might fit my figure better.
When my consultant brought out this gown, I recognized it as virtually the same dress I had loved elsewhere, but better--it was the same style, same fabric, but had a lovely beaded belt. And it looked amazing on me! I'm so glad I went there. Now I have my dream gown--and hopefully the first one I bought can be someone else's dream gown.

Fantastic find!
I went into DB today with a few different ideas what I wanted and turns out what I thought I wanted is nothing like what looked amazing on me! My mother-in-law to be suggested trying on some ball gown type dresses and even though I thought I found my dress already I tried a few. Once I had this dress on I knew (and so did my entourage) that it was the one! It's exactly what I wanted for my wedding simple, elegant and fabulous! The photos do not do it justice! If you have an hourglass figure and any sort of bust this dress is for you! Also I am 6'0 and it was an excellent length! I am so excited we found the dress and it came in less then my budget which was a bonus!

Love it!
I have a boyish figure & this is one of the only dresses I found that gave me more of a feminine/curvy look. It fit so well that I didn't even need alterations. The dress is very classic, simple, lightweight & I can't wait to wear it next June. The ivory color works great with my uber pale skin. I also love that the dress doesn't have a ridiculous train that I'll be stepping on all night and have to pay to get bustled. It's a win!

Super surprised!!!
This dress is something I thought I would never want or even try on. I wanted sleek/mermaid/ or lace. I've been on the DB website a million times looking at dresses and never even saw this one.. the picture doesn't even really look like the dress!!! But I let my mother and mother-in-law pick a couple of dresses for me and BAM tried it on and couldn't stop smiling!!! I bought it that day!! Perfect! And I am 5'2 110lbs. DEF try it on!! It completely surprised me that I would love this dress!! Can't wait to get married in it:)
