Flatters Every Curve!
When I first went to look for wedding dresses, I was very worried because of being a plus size bride. I was so thankful for David's bridal! They had so many choices for plus size brides. Although they are bit a bit pricey for a bride on a small budget, this dress was totally worth the investment for me. David's Bridal does offer a lot for the price, like complimentary steaming for the life of the dress; plus so much more (like outstanding customer service). This dress is absolutely amazing!!! It was so comfy and flattered all my curves! I actually felt like it made me look slimmer too. I would highly recommend this dress!

Romantic, comfortable and flattering
When I originally walked into David's Bridal, I wasn't sure I would find anything I liked. This was the first dress I tried on and nothing else compared to it. The ivory color was my choice. The dress hugs and flares in all the right places, and if you are really busty, it will still give you enough support. The neckline was a bit long for me, as was the length(in the photos I am wearing 2.5 inch heels underneath the dress and it still drags the ground. ) The dress in the photo was a size too big for me(I had to hold the neckline and the consultant was holding the back of the dress to tighten it for me), so I ordered a size 22. I fell in love with it immediately because it is so light and it has just the right amount of embellishment, lots of ruching on the bodice and waistband and the texture of the bottom of the skirt make you feel like you never want to take it off! We're getting married in November in a warm outdoor climate and this will be perfect. If you are not sure about this dress, I suggest trying it on because it looks so good on a variety of people and body types.

must try it on
Hello ladies. I was a plus size bride not thinking I would see anything I adored. My husband and i decided to have a private ceremony and I didn't want the full on princess gown. I initially chose a cute POOL blue dress from the db bridesmaid collection. I then bought a more traditional white dress from online and didn't like it. So I came looking at db hoping I would find something I felt beautiful in. I've been very blessed in the butt dept and it seemed all the dresses I tried would not fall properly in the back. Then I tried this dress on and wow, what a difference. I absolutely love the dress. It met all my criteria 1) no long drawn out train, 2) lightweight (as i may be the only one helping me get into it 3) the right cut for my body. As you can see the dress is the perfect coverage for those daring to show off the girls. The movement of the dress, if you are going to be outside is perfect. The ruffles move but the dress doesn't. Since I already had purchased 2 other dresses I really had to be clever with the accessories since I was already over budget. So I put crystals on the dress and found a broach to match my peacock theme. Its a great way to make it my own.
Ladies if you are reading this to decide what dresses to try on then put this one on your list. I'm so glad I did. Thank you david's bridal you guys rock!!!

Terrific
I tried on several dresses I am 57 years old and I was becoming quite frustrated it seemed all the dresses were for younger women. My wedding isn't until the summer of 2012, and was going to wait till closer to purchase a dress, but I was afraid I wouldn't find anything this great., am waiting to have it altered, all fit well but the top (I am not that busty). I added the shrug and will be adding a tangerine sash to match his vest and tie.
