Buy it, you'll adore it
I made the decision to purchase this darling dress because I did not want to spend hundreds of dollars on a dress that I would only wear once and my wedding will be an intimate affair. The dress was in excellent condition when received and the alteration process was a breeze.
I am slender, relatively muscular, and taller than average (5'7"). The dress works well with my body type, which was a concern when purchasing.
I may need to purchase a sash or belt to make the dress really stand out, but I have yet to take that leap.

Stunning! Absolutely Stunning!
I saw this dress and knew it was for me. I married my best friend on may 6, 2012 and rocked this awesome shantung dress with a sparkly pair of peep toe silver kitten heels, a mantilla veil and some bright gemstone jewelry. It was perfect.
Some girls want a ball gown or a dress with a lot of bling and ruffles. That's not me. The shantung this dress is made out of is amazing. I wanted my dress to be made of a strong, luxurious fabric, and this fabric is really flattering on a variety of figures. I bought this dress upon seeing it online and never had a single doubt about it. It's a wonderful, modern dress and the detail is all in the fabric.

Horrible Fit
I ordered this dress for my wedding reception. It came super wrinkled and when I tried it on, it looked like a silk potato sack. I am a size 6, I ordered a 6 and couldn't believe how big and shapeless it was. I thought about having it fitted at DB but the cost would have been more than the dress itself. I sent it back.

Adorable
This dress is so cute. It's made of shantung, as mentioned, not the sateen cotton that you might expect from a David's dress. It DOES run small! I am normally a 6-8 so I ordered an 8 and it's a little tighter than what I expected after taking my measurements. Thankfully I'm losing weight and should be on track to fit nicely into it by December!
