"This was the dress I ultimately chose to wear as a bridesmaid in a wedding. I love the flared skirt and the waistline. HOWEVER, the fit is not perfect. The straps are WAY long. I will have to get them altered about 2 inches on each side. I will also have to get it shortened. I am nearly 5'2" and the dress covers my knees. Looks very unflattering but hopefully will be much improved once the alterations are done."

"I saw a young woman trying on this dress in the store. She looked great! I decided to try it on as a possibility for my friend's beach wedding. I quickly found out you really need a waistline to pull it off, a waistline that a short, chubby woman does not have. It looked like a potato sack on me and my husband agreed I looked I would fit right in on the Flintstones.
If your bridesmaids are taller and have a defined waist, this dress might be great. For someone with a rounder shape, there are much better choices. (Our favorites are F13954 & F14556, both of which look great on all four of our bridesmaids, size 4-24.)"
