Cheap Construction Overall, this was just not the corset for me. It seemed cheaply made. It was not long enough in the front (I do not have a long torso). The padding in the cups seemed foamy. I can't think of a better word for it, sorry. It seemed like it could lump up easily. The fabric was also not soft. On the inside and out. I don't think it would have been comfy to wear for the length of the wedding and reception. September 26, 2013
Does The Job But.. I purchased this to wear beneath a strapless, sweetheart neckline gown. I am normally a 40DD and purchased it originally in a 38DD because other said it was much too big. However, I found the 38DD to be too small and I reordered in my regular size and it was a better fit. I will say this: If you're wearing a strapless gown you're probably going to want a bra that is going to push up and give you volume. THIS DOES NOT. This strapless bra is utilitarian, in that it does the job of providing good support while in a strapless gown. For this reason I found during my fitting, I will either need to buy the pasties that push you up or this will be money wasted. When you wear sweetheart necklines - they plunge so the cleavage needs to be more pronounced. If you need a strapless bra with great support then this is the one. Another thing to know is this is EXTREMELY hot. Satin does not breathe... so prepare to sweat it out in this one! It does however do a great job in elongating and slimming your stomach. I had absolutely no bulge in that area - but I would say this would work in this fashion for people with just a little something to hide. It has many pro's and many cons. I tried to be very informative so that other buyers can make a well informed decision on this purchase. My 4 stars are because the support is definitely a major plus. August 21, 2013
nice look & fit ivory color availability was a big factor in my purchase..many odd sizes available also. July 10, 2013
Uncomfortable, itchy cups I tried this bra on in store, had to order online ( due to my bra size). The cups are itchy--not something a bride would want to wear more than 5 minutes. the cups are not made for women with bigger busts ( the underwire digs into the breast. The boning is very 'pokey' and the material feels cheap--even though the bra is $69. I am returning this item in hopes of finding a more comfortable fabric and fit. June 23, 2013
