Beautiful Dress! Weighs a Ton!
This was the third dress I tried on and the frist dress I liked...the sales lady was a bit too encouraging for me to buy right at that moment and I caved and did exactly that...
It took 2 weeks for the dress to come in. I picked it up and it did not fit the same. I am 5'8" and about 140lbs...maybe a little less...I am very athletic/muscluar and go to the gym alot...I dont gain or loose weight but my body always look just a little bit different depending on my diet and workouts.
If this dress is one centimeter too big the weight would pull on my boobs so much that it was painful even to try on for more than 5min.
It is a BEAUTIFUL dress...dont get me wrong...but my boobs aren't huge and I looked pregnant when I sat down in it...
I want to eat drink and be merry at my wedding and not constantly worry about my dress...I would wear this dress to the ranger ball maybe if it didn't look so much like a wedding dress...but I would not want to celebrate the happiest day of my life in something that was not 100% comfortable.
Thankfully they let me exchange it and the dress I found was more beautiful than I could ever have imagined so it all turned out well so far!!! I just ordered my new dress today!!! :-)

Unique Dress for a Unique Me
I just purchased this dress last week August 4, 2011. I am more than a year from my wedding but my mother is leaving the state so she wanted to go dress shopping with me. When I've looked at bridal magazines I've always loved the mermaid/trumpet style but I always thought probably wouldn't look good on me but having an hour glass figure it's actually accentuates and doesn't accentuate the right places. This was the first dress I looked at when I looked for the 1st time and it was the 1st dress I tried on at Davids (tried on a few different shoppes) but I knew it was the one from the second I slipped it on. I choose to use a larger hooped skirt underneath to make it a little fuller underneath and perfect for me!

My Dream Dress
From the moment my "now" fiance said he would marry me someday, I have been looking at wedding dresses. I had a favorite for everyday of the week until I came across this dress. I went to Davids Bridal, tried on 3 dresses, then never took the 4th one off. It was this dress. The beautiful dress fit me perfect! I will need no alterations at all! It made me feel sooo pretty! Every single family member I had with me that day also loved it! I can not wait to marry my dream guy in the dress of my dreams :)

Love this dress!
I originally purchased a different dress back in march and i was having serious doubts. I went in to DB yesterday in St. Peters, MO and they were very nice. I was able to exchange everything! I tried on this dress and fell in love. I am 5'9 and weigh 150lbs. I have a bit of a tummy so i didnt think i could wear this style but i tried it on anyway. It looks stunning. It hides my stomach perfectly and gives me a great shape. I highly recommend!
