i had origanally picked a different dress, however i saw this dress online, and just had to try it on. So we went back to DB, and i tried this dress on.. As soon as i seen myself in it, i started crying, and became speachless. I knew that this was the dress! This dress is absolutly beautiful, and the online picture does it no justice at all!

Romance
I saw this dress online and instantly feel in love with it! I knew it would go great with my romantic theme. The photo online doesn't do this dress any justice. After trying on the dress, I knew it was the ONE! I walked around in it and didn't want to take it off.
It's so beautiful and I love all of the details on it. I can't wait to wear my gown on my wedding day on September 17, 2011!!

I feel so pretty
After I was proposed to I went in to try on dresses for the first time. This was the 3rd dress I tried on and got those this-is-the-dress-tears! I didn't buy it that day because I wasn't convinced that I found my dress on my first shopping trip. I went to Alfred's with the same price range and got dresses smeared with makeup and missing lace and beads that were discontinued. Well I found the disappointment I'd been looking for when I went there and was absolutely sure that my third dress was THE one.
I went back to David's for an alteration appointment, but all that really needed to be done was the hem and bustle becuase the corset fits perfectly around most women in the size range of the dress. The top is high enough so that you don't see the skin where your arm and chest meet hanging over the dress, like you do in most strapless dresses. The top is also a little bit built out so that even though you don't see any cleavage it gives you a generous chest and classy look.
The whole dress is shimmery and everyone that has seen the pictures thinks it's so beautiful.
I haven't had my big day yet so I can't comment on how it wears through the day but I think it will be comfortable since the organza skirt makes it light enough that it's not too much trouble to move around.
