My dream wedding dress
This was probably the 3rd or 4th dress I tried on in my search for "The Dress" and the minute I looked at myself in the mirror, every insecurity I had about the way I looked in a wedding dress disappeared. I felt and looked like a true bride and princess. I have never felt so beautiful in my entire life and I went back within a week to purchase this dress. I cannot wait til my wedding day to walk down that beach to my future husband and see the look on his face (and all my guests) when they see me in the most amazing, beautiful wedding dress ever!!! Princess Dream
I love my dress! It is the perfect princess ball gown. The intricate beading is more beautiful than you can see in any picture. When I stepped out of the dressing room, everyone gasped, and some strangers were saying "I vote for this one!" The fitted bodice makes my waist look slim, and the train is nice without being too long. Also, the ivory looks great with my skin tone. It is not too dark (more like a cream), my sister didn't even know at first that this was the ivory dress. I love that the beading goes all the way down the skirt. It is actually very light despite the volume of the skirt. I am only 5'0" tall and wanted to make sure the dress would not overwhelm me and this was perfect. I am a size 14, but this dress was a 12 (because I have a smaller waist and bigger hips) The ball gown is perfect for me, and would look great on any size. I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day!

LOVE
First, I have to say that I have a boyish figure (athletic, no hips), and this dress makes me look and feel like a woman!!
The first time I went to David's, I tried on a lot of more form-fitting dresses. I felt that was what I wanted and, in fact, right before going in I told my mom and sister that the one thing I knew was that I did NOT want anything fluffy or cupcake-like. My mom insisted that I try on at least one fluffier dress and I loved it. Who knew? So, on my second trip, I tried on all fluffier dresses. This was the first dress I tried on at my second visit and I fell in LOVE. I tried on other dresses that night, but I just couldn't wait to get back into this one. My mom and sister, and everyone in the whole store, stopped and stared at me in this dress (in a good way). I loved it so much that I kept it on for an hour while my sister and best friend tried on bridesmaid dresses! :) I am pairing a veil (VMP9573) with it and I just can't wait for my fiance to see me in it on our wedding day! :D
PS. Sorry for boxing out my face in the pictures, I just don't want to take the chance of someone seeing me in THE dress online before my wedding day :)
Also, another PS -- TIP: Go on a weeknight!!! You get more attention from the consultants, don't feel as rushed, and aren't in a crowded store which can sometimes be overwhelming.
