This dress is downright gorgeous. I did not want a ballgown, I was more looking for a mermaid dress, but my bestfriend convinced me to try this dress on. When I saw myself in the mirror I was sold: it brought tears to my eyes. As the other reviewers have stated the pictures in the magazines do not do this dress justice...you have to try it on to see the real beauty of this dress. My bestie took pics of me in all the dresses I tried on and everybody that I have shown the pics to loves this dress, even my 8yo son. Their affirmation confirmed to me that "This is the dress!". I can't wait to see my fiance's face when I walk down the aisle in this dress come June 2011.

Never thought I'd find "The One"
This dress is beautiful. When the light catches the crystals, it shines. I never thought I would be able to find a dress this comfortable, fitting, and gorgeous. The feeling when I put it one is worth every penny.

I would have never guessed
Sooo I had a hefty budget, visited over 8 stores, and tried on at least 40 dresses and could not find anything that I 'loved'. I was even considering having something custom made because I was getting so frustrated. I had to run into David's to purchase a hairpiece for another wedding I was in, and I saw this dress. I stopped - I had no idea that David's Bridal had dresses like THIS! I made an appointment, and fell in love. This dress is exquisitely made, detailed, and modern but still timeless. I was sold, and I got it! This is not the dress I envisioned but once I tried it on, there was no going back. You must try it on, the pictures are terrible! This really is a boutique gown, and very reasonable for the craftsmanship!

GORGEOUS!
I didn't even go to David's to try on a dress- I went for my bridesmaids! But this gown was front and center when I walked through the door and I had to try it on (and this was back in Feb. when it first came out)! It's perfect. It was the first dress I tried on and I fell in love. Picture does not do it justice- the amount of sparkle and embroidering is not shown at all. I wore this on my 9/11/10 wedding and all my guests were raving over it. It had everything I wanted- except a corset back- BUT David's was able to add it for me!
