Love this dress! I'm on a tight budget, so the first thing that appealed to me about this dress was the price. It's also very "me"! Although originally I didn't want a strapless dress, this dress appealed to me immediately. I love the princess neckline, the cut, and the flower is ADORABLE. I bought a handmade crochet bolero in grey (which goes with my wedding colors) to wear over it, and it's perfect. Pros: Very lightweight and comfortable. I can definitely see myself wearing this all night, it will be easy to dance in. It's a beautiful dress and doesn't feel "cheap" at all. The strapless dress doesn't cut into my body, creating that extra flab around the top. It has POCKETS, which I think is precious. The only cons are: You will have to wear a crinoline under this dress to make it full like in the photo. That's not really a con to me, but it may be to others. The other con is that it is tighter right under the bust than it should be. The dress fits me perfectly everywhere except there, there is a gap in the zipper, so I'm probably going to have to get it let out a bit there. I think the ruching there causes it to be tighter than it should be, and if I went up another size I think it would need too many alterations. Overall, I adore this dress. I seriously can't wait to wear it. I tried on a ton of dresses and was just meh about them, but I ordered this one on a whim and as soon as I put it on, all of my bridesmaids said how it was "So me". Love it I think this dress is perfect what Im looking for and definitely helps me stay within my very limited budget. I do not like the flower I think it cheapened the dress but I removed it. It looks great and didnt cost a fortune. November 23, 2012
Average This dress is of average make and quality. It feels and looks as though there is nothing magical or special about it. I returned it. November 11, 2012
PERFECT Dress! This dress is perfect. I wanted a sweetheart neckline, simple design, and cheap price. This dress has it all... and looks way more expensive than it is! David's Bridal sells a flower hair piece for $49.99. It is ivory and has rhinestones and pearls in the middle. I purchased that and had it sewn on to make the flower fuller. The flower was pretty by itself, too, but I wanted it to be more of a statement. I am short and had to alter the length, but I left a bit of fabric in the back for a makeshift train, although I wish I had not. I kept stepping on it during the dancing part! (There was no way to bustle it.) Oh well! For my July wedding in Texas, it was lightweight too. There is no lining, so it was breezy and survivable during the outside pictures at 4:00 in the heat! I tried on skirt fillers in the store but preferred the look it gave when worn alone. If you get this dress, explore your options before altering! It can be whatever you want it to be! The only problem I had was the zipper broke during one of my alterations, but my local David's Bridal replaced it for free. That is one downfall of the price- lower quality. But, for wearing it ONCE, it is the perfect price and worth a bit of hassle! :) September 16, 2012
