I wish it was a 12" instead of a 9", but other than that, I love it. Instead of having it steamed or me attempting to do that myself, I went the tissue paper route. I stuffed tons of balled up tissue paper into the veil and have left it sitting like that for 2 months. I have checked on it twice to make sure I like how it is forming and then replace the tissue paper. It is working beautifully! Best of all, no worry about damaging it. :)
