Nix the sequins
I bought this dress for a beach wedding. This dress might have been okay if the designer had not put sequins on the ruffles. It looks like the sequins were an afterthought. After trying it on many times and sending pictures to my friends for feedback, the response I got was "what are those things hanging off the ruffles?" In short, they are not sewn to the rufflles very well and make the whole design look cheap. I promptly returned the dress to DBs unworn. I settled on dress number f14818 instead, which worked beautifully.
