Amazing!!!
I knew this was the dress for me the moment I saw it. No joke! It is gorgeous beyond words, and really alters well. I lost about 5 dress sizes, and while most dresses would have had trouble, this one had enough spacing between panels to handle it beautifully.
The only issue I have is not with the dress, but rather with the underclothes that DB sells. None of their slips could stand up to the dress (it is heavy!!), and I ended up with less volume that you see in the sales pictures. What a shame.
Other than that, everyone LOVED my dress, and I spent my entire wedding feeling like I was the most beautiful woman alive. That's worth it's weight in gold!

The perfect gown
First let me say that I am far from a girlie girlie, so for me to buy a dress is a big deal.
I did a lot of searching for a gown. Our wedding is 12/14/13. Funny when I showed up to the store it must have ment to be. The consultant that was helping me pulled most of the dresses I had saved in my favorites. This was the last dress to be pulled and that I tried on because I knew it was the one I wanted (and I was so worried about being disappointed). I was lucky because it was from the sale rack in a size eight. I run about a six. It was the only one left.
I was so worried that the way the photo looked, and how it actually looked on, would be two different things. But...when I tried this dress on....it was everything I hoped for! Even though the size was 'too big' it actually fit very nicely and I was so surprised! I love the beading on it because it's not overwhelming, but just enough to catch the eye. The train is my favorite part. All the other gowns that I had tried on had short train, and I didn't think I'd want a long train in fear it would be too much or get in the way, but I just fell in love w/ it.
The only complaints I would have about it is to make sure you have two slips to check out the fullness of the gown and how heavy the gown was. I had a mermaid/trumpet style slip that I was given I guess as a standard slip. Maybe I was given that one because most of the gowns I chose to try were fit/flare, mermaid, and trumpet, and on the site they recommend a two tear 'trumpet' slip or a 'ball gown' style slip. When I go back for my fitting in September of 2013, I will make sure to get the right slip to make the gown as full as possible (like the images from the site). As for the weight, Awake is right. Yes it is heavy because of all the fabric, but it was definitely not uncomfortable to wear. Once the alteration for getting the bussle done, I will be able to move freely in this gown which I am so excited about! I love love love love this gown!(images to follow after the first fitting ;) )

Great Find
I really wasn't sure what I was looking for but as soon as I slipped this dress on I felt like a princess! The train is amazing and all the beaded detail looks great. I can't wait to wear the dress for my wedding.

Dream Dress!
If you want to feel like a princess on your wedding day, THIS is the dress. I actually didn't even consider this one until my mom had me try it on and I fell in love with it instantly. The bodice is gorgeous -- it's covered with intricate beading in beautiful swirling floral designs that are echoed in the skirt. The skirt is a showstopper with its pickups, beading and long, regal train. It is a heavy dress (which you can expect from all the beading and yards of fabric), but not uncomfortable to wear. I wore mine for about nine hours total and was fine. I'm so happy I chose this dress! :)
