OffCenter Engraving I just received my frame in the mail today and it's not as shown on the advertisement. Our names are not centered as the example is shown. They are all the way to the right on the bottom of the signature matte opening for the photo. I am very disappointed and there was no way for me ask for that type of off centeredness. I am hoping David's Bridal can ship me a new one in a reasonable amount of time due to their error. Up til now, I have used DB near exclusively for all my matrimonial needs and have had great service and quality with the exception of this. I am hoping that this can be resolved. July 22, 2011
Not The Greatest While this Item is very unique it was very hard for the guests to write & even when they wrote some wrote over others because they could not see the other writing .. It should come with some type of (white or light color ) stain to put over the writing to make them stand out to prevent this ..then it would be perfect ... July 22, 2011
