Not as pictured I was very disappointed when I received the frame. It appeared brown in the picture but is a mirror in person. Signatures are very dull and hard to read. And now I'm stuck with it since it is engraved. June 6, 2012
disappointing The frame itself is good quality and i'm excited about the etching, the reason I gave it two stars is that they put our engraving on the long side of the picture frame. Example: instead of being able to hang the picture so that it's portrait style, I'm going to have to hang it landscape style, as opposed to positioning in the photo on the website. (it should be longest top to bottom, not left to right). I would have appreciated being asked if I wanted different positioning than what was shown. April 13, 2012
