This dress is freaking STUNNING!
So, I never saw myself getting a princess ballgown wedding dress, but when I saw this dress I was def smitten.. BUT once I put it on, I was sold.. It fits my body figure perfect, it feels so good on. It makes me feel elegant and gorgeous and I can not wait till my fiance sees me walking down the isle in it! He is going to cry.. This dress is a showstopper! I am so excited to wear it on my wedding day!

My Surprise Dress
I went into a boutique in Modesto and the service was terrible. The woman helping me kept pulling dresses that I kept saying I didnt want - for example, I didnt want any ribbon on my dress or an empire cut or anything strapless and yet she kept pulling them.
Two of my bridesmaids booked me an appointment at Davids Bridal. I wanted a dress that was simple, elegant and that had a peep hole back. Nothing over the top and certainly not ball gown.
This dress was on display when we walked in the door and 6 out of 9 people said something about me trying it on. I caved and tried it - one of my bridesmaid cried cause she said I looked so beautiful in the dress. Still not convinced this was the one for me I left that day without a dress.
A few weeks later my mom and soon to be mother-in-law returned to a Davids Bridal store where I tried this dress on again. After being stuck between two dresses for some time I chose this dress! I had 6 consultants, 4 strangers and my mom's telling me that this was the dress.
Ultimately I went with the dress I thought my fiance would like more - we are getting married Sep 22 and I can NOT wait for him to see my dress! I have tried showing him a few times already and he refuses to look!
This dress was nothing like I imagined my wedding dress would be but I feel like a princess when I am in it and I think that is how every bride should feel on her wedding day

I couldn't believe it..
My best friend and her (now) husband were going to be moving soon, as he just recently joined the Army. Since my mother passed, I didn't really have anyone to go bridal shopping with. I had intended on just going to look, to see what looked good on my body and to get a feel for dresses. I'm not a huge dress person. I had looked online at .. I don't even know, a hundred dresses? I didn't even think I would like this style. I was all about lace, as it fit better with the vintage-romance feel my fiance and I want for our wedding. However, since he's a sucker for strapless and I wanted some support for my girls (I just feel better with straps, okay?), the consultant that was helping us pulled this one. Out of all the gowns I tried on, this one fit the best. I felt pretty in it. I felt comfortable in it. It hit my curves in the ways I wanted my dress too. And unlike the lace, it didn't make my body look chunky! The only downside about this dress is how poofy it is. I'm not a huge fan of it, but in this dress I'm in love all over again. I purchased a smaller, knee length gown from a different site for the latter part of our reception. The venue we chose is small and intimate and I can just imagine knocking into the red wine and ruining my gown! I'm incredibly happy.

Stunning
I thought I knew exactly what I wanted ( a fit and flair style) . I went through many gowns and came close to getting a few but still never got " this is the one feeling!" until I tried on this gown. It was on a manikin and I passed it many times thinking " nah thats not for me", boy was I wrong! My mother talked me into trying it on and before I even saw myself in the mirror it just felt right. As I walked out the door my family and even strangers were WOWING me! For the first time , I felt beautiful!! the one shoulder strap is so uniqe and I love how it has a sweetheart neck!The embortery is amazing and the train is breathtaking....DONT JUDGE A GOWN UNTIL YOU TRY IT ON! I can not wait until My fiance sees me in this gown!
