We got the "plastic" garment bag when we got my daughters gown and I thought they should give you a bag to take home a gown that cost over $600, couldn't believe we had to purchase it, also purchased all the under garments and the stuff was heavy and of course the bag ripped at the shoulder in a very short time and I had to tape it with 2" tape

It's Ok
Even though it doesn't actully protect the gown my wedding gown is still in it and its going great in the bag I think the bag is better then the box becuase at least when the bag gets wet or something it drys right away a box will just sog up and rhipe all the time. The bag is better for my wedding gown.

great for traveling
i was a little worried to order it because it got some mixed reviews but i though what the neck only 10 dollars so i did & i got it yesterday in the mail & i think its great! i am traveling 12hrs by car so i can get married on the beach and this bag is going to be great to have i in the trunk! i also have 4 dogs so its doin a great job keeping dog hair or dust off my extremely white dress! i think for 10 dollars you couldnt ask for anything more!

Its an ok product!
I purchased it to store my gown since my wedding is until may, the quality is ok, not as strong as the picture shows, the fabric is very translucent so it tends to rip spart, but I mean what to expect if its price is $10.00???
