This is my wedding dress!
First time bride at 52 and what to do??? Tried this on in the store in champagne color. I thought that the horizontal layers would be a 'no-no' for my plus size figure...NOT! It fits beautifully and is classy and gorgeous. The woman who wrote about the look of the fabric was absolutely right - satiny sheen with elegance. I can't wait to walk down the aisle in this gorgeous dress!!!

Gorgeous fabric, excellent design
I was fortunate to see this dress in a store, and the photo doesn't do the fabric justice. No photo really could let you see and feel how subtle, light and shimmery it is. I bought the mocha color, and it is really beautiful.
I am a busty woman in my early 60s, in fairly good shape, and I normally wear a size 12. I tried on and ordered a 14 in this dress because there is no give in the fabric, and I needed it for my 38D bust.
The design of this dress is excellent, and it is very flattering on. It is really quite slimming. I recommend turning up the cuffs on the bolero jacket and tacking them in place. The workmanship is very good, and there is plenty of length for taller women or taller shoes than I wear.

Love this dress!
I was a little skeptical of the dress as I was worried it would not be slimming with the tiers. Boy, was I wrong! This dress was very slimming and I felt great wearing it. I purchased it in the blue, and had many compliments. I went to the store the first time and they had my size. I was so happy as it was only 5 weeks to the wedding. Definitely recommend to any mother of the bride.
