So old hollywood
I went into davids bridal expecting to buy a more expensive dress but didnt love the fit and I remember liking the price of this dress. I saw it online and thought it look cheap but its soo not it looks like old 40s hollywood looks better inperson feels soft and is flattering I had a baby so I need it to be flattering! lol which I so love cant wait for my big day/

even better in person!
I brought my dress from the store hoping it was still there. It looks better in person than on my laptop. I got in a size 6 thinking i would have to squeeze in it but it fit perfectly considering I'm top heavy. My wedding is in march and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

dress of my dreams.
this was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a dress the Marylin Monroe would wear, I looked at this dress along with countless others. but I always came back to this one. it's perfect for a spring wedding if it's chilli I have the perfect little sweater shrug to match it. thank DB for making my simple little heart happy.

Pear-Shapes Proceed with Caution
I fell in love with the dress online and then fell in love all over again when I got it home! The problem is the overall fit. I'm pear-shaped, with a small bust and wide hips. The size 12 I ordered fits the bottom half beautifully, but the top is a little on the big side. I'm going to have to get it altered. It feels impossible to buy the right bra for it. I've tried four different backless/strapless types of bras and either they fit well but they're visible, or they don't fit well and they're invisible. I've also tried going without a bra, and it's just not comfortable for me. I spent so much time trying to find the right bra that I can't return the dress now. I'm a little disappointed, but I plan on making the best of it because it's an absolutely gorgeous dress.
