Perfect for gown MK3433
This slip is PERFECT for A-line gowns such as the gown I purchased BUT it is so long I will have to have it shortened. In a previous review someone said the slip fits that it goes right under her bust ~ this is because the slip needs to me shortened, this slip only goes to your WAIST ~ if it goes higher you need to have it shortened which my tailor will take the flare part and move it up because the waist has a top to hold you in. So it DOES NOT go under your bust, if that is the way yours fits please have it altered because this slip gives a lot of A-Line style Bridal Gowns that extra flow and makes the gown look stunning (as for Mermaid styles I suppose it would depend on the style and here the flair is on your gown to use this slip!).
Otherwise, this slip is so comfortable you don't know you are wearing it! Trust me is a great buy and well worth the money for underneath your gown to add just a bit of fullness like it will do to mine. Just remember to have it shortened if the top goes past your waist!
Also I wear a size 4 and I only had to put on a size 6 and the 6 is actually a bit big so I might go back and try on the 4 to see if that fits better, this slip for me is very close to true to size ~ I recommend going in and trying them on and NOT ordering a slip on line because it may not be the slip that is meant to go under the gown and fill it out correctly.

Very simple slip which I love but it does go up high so be prepared! I have the full bra with it so there is a lot sucking in my stomach which I like.

Fit and Flare Slip
I ordered this slip to go with my gown. I ended up returning it, because it starts under the breasts. They don't show that in the picture or mention it in the details, they just cover that part up with the corset bra!!! It doesn't make since to me why it wouldn't start at your waistline. Plus, it wasn't very fluffy and when I picked it up from Davids Bridal "new" it was torn on one side at the hips???

I wear a size six in pants and had to get a size 12 slip. Luckily I was in the store and tried it on. I'd suggest buying in store vs online. It's worth the trip
