THE Dress !!
My daughter was ready to give up....we were looking for simple, elegant, ivory for 2nd wedding....at the beach....this dress fit the bill in everyway....when she put it on we all knew right away this was the dress. She felt very comfortable in it....she looked fantastic, even without any accessories, it is very flattering, slimming...and lightweight...."I can dance all night in this dress" was one of her first comments...wedding is in November at beach...can't wait till her fiance see's her floating towards him in this dress...perfect for the girl who requires comfort and elegance from a bridal gown.

Third times a charm
Let me start by saying that this is a beautiful dress and among the many that I tried on everyone agreed hands-down that this was their favorite. I made my final decision to go with this one because of how comfortable I felt and flattering it was. I am 5'5" 140 lbs with a large chest. I think this dress is sliming and very flattering on top. I had to order it and have it shipped to the store and when I went to pick it up I tried it on before I took it home. I am glad that I did because I noticed that the horizontal pleats on one side of the bodice were not sewn properly and made the dress look too "bunchy" around the middle. The seamstress there had a 5-point plan of fixing it which included adding boning, among other things, just to get the dress to look like it originally did on me two weeks earlier. Given how much trouble it was going to be to fix the manager offered to order me another one. When the second one arrived and I tried it on there was a different but even more troubling problem with the pleats resulting in me looking totally lopsided up top because the vertical pleats were not sewn symmetrically at all! (I am talking an inch wide on one side and a quarter inch on the other) I didn't want to seem too bridezilla so I was just going to go with it and have the seamstress fix it but when she (same seamstress as before) came out to look she said the problem was unfixable (because the pleats were stitched from the inside directly to the bodice) and that I should consider picking a different dress. The manager again agreed that the dress was not right, failed it on their quality check, sent it back to the factory and ordered me a new one, promising to get it right the third time. Finally, feeling a little apprehensive, I picked up the third dress and it looked how it was supposed to and I am happy with the end result! I am thankful that everyone there was so nice and made a potentially stressful situation less so. I am also grateful that their shipping is quick as I only had to wait two weeks for the dress to come in each time. The pleats are still not perfectly symmetrical but I think that may be a testament to how unique the the dress is and while its beauty is simplistic the dress itself is a bit complex. If someone is picky about perfection then this might not be the dress for them.

Better than it looks
I purchased this dress after trying on several dresses. I kept going back to this one and comparing some of the others to it. It is simple yet elegant and just a touch of bling. It is very light. Just perfect for my wedding on the islands. And besides that it fit perfectly in every way. No alterations needed. I am 5'5" and it will be perfect for my barefoot wedding on the beach.
