Best fit overall - flattering in every way
I tried on several plus size gowns at DB and this one by far was hte most flattering and foregiving. First, the a-line shape does well for the figure in that it slenderizes my plus size figure. Second, the diagonal chiffon drape across the waist to create an empire waist is very flattering and brings your eye upward to our best assets. ;) And third, the chiffon overlay hides all bumps and lumps that we all try to hide. The back of the dress is beautiful with the buttons down the back. I tried on a WHITE size 18W and ordered an IVORY size 16W due to forseen weight loss. The white is not as pretty as the ivory, IMO.
The only thing I am changing is the embellishment beading at the empire waist. I wanted something a little more dramatic so I am replacing with a belt that has more drama and "umph
to it. The existing beading is very subtle is that is your style.
I will post a pic in a month or so to show you the alteration and the fit.

perfect!
This dress is so lovely. I had to have a leap of faith because my local David's Bridal didn't have it in my size. I ordered it anyway and I'm Not sorry!
I am a short, full-figured gal, and this dress does wonders for me.
I can't wait for my wedding!

Great Dress
Do not pass this dress by. I only picked this dress because nothing else fitted. Even after buying the dress I went back twice to look for another dress
but couldn't find a dress that I liked and fit comfortable enough as I was having a Caribbean wedding. The chiffon was perfect for a hot day and flowed in the wind nicely. On my special day when I came out in the dress, everyone loved it even ME. My husband still cannot believe it was the same dress I didn't like. My pictures are awesome and they would not have looked so good without this dress. Everyone I showed the pictures commented how beautiful the dress is. It is simple, comfortable yet elegant and just perfect. The model does not do the dress justice. If you are a plus size, just add good support but this dress hides all the flaws.

Love it!!!
Love, love, love...My mom saw this dress on the way out of the store. I tried it on and I fell in love with it. As soon as I walked out of the fitting room my mom and sister were in tears. I knew right away this was the one. I can not wait to get married in Hawaii on July 12, 2012. The dress in the picture was the only one they had and it was to small. They had to order it in my size. Can't wait for my dress to come in...
