Great buy
I bought this dress to use as my wedding gown. I bought a size 14 (my normal size) and it fit just about perfect. It will need very little alteration (taken in a little under the arms and the length). The fabric is very pretty and the color is perfect. I didn't want a huge puffy dress, nor to wear a lot of tight and uncomfortable bustiers or underskirts. I was very frustrated with the outrageous prices of the wedding gowns. Going with the bridesmaid dress is the best choice for a simple yet elegant look.

Simple, timeless dress
I purchased this dress for my oldest daughter's wedding. She's a tiny little thing so the size 0 was a bit big for her. I did purchase this dress on-line and had a friend alter the dress for me. If you're looking for something to cover you up and simple, this is it. She looked absolutely lovely on her special day.

Elegant
This dress is AMAZING. The picture does not do it justice. The quality of the fabric and lace is far better then we imagined. We purchased 6 of the Pippa
dresses and could not be more happy.
My bridesmaids are going look so elegant and beautiful in this gown on my wedding day.We had to return only one and get a different size which was a bit expensive since David does not pay for returns.

You get what you pay for
This dress, though lovely, is definitely 2 sizes too big, fits like a paper sack, and makes me look pregnant. The lace isn't very well done, and without being taken in, the dress fits like a column. However, if it takes in as well as another reviewer stated, then I still hope it will look something like I dreamed it would. I need to bustle it or take off a lot of length (I'm 5'5"), bring in the cap sleeves, pull in the waist, and I want to secure the cowl neck since it's loose and looks funny. To be fair, for this price, it is still a real find, and the sheer material on top is nice. Also, it still surpasses the quality of other Pippa knockoff gowns I've found.
