I Fell in love
I initially tried on another dress at the store, along with this dress. Basically listening to everyone else saying how good the other dress looked on me, I got the other dress. But, in the back of my mind this dress kept calling my name. I came back to DB to see if I could swap dresses and pay the difference. They told me yes. I absolutely LOVE my dress. I was looking at it yesterday. I am making a sash and blinging it out and my dress will then be totally perfect!! I can't wait for my husband to see it when we renew our 25th year wedding vows in March of next year! Oh, this dress looks even better in person!!

This is the one
I went to the store a few days ago to try on some styles that were close to what I wanted from the online only outlet and ended up with this. I did not even care about the cost when I put it on. I just knew it was the one and I was in love. Now for the last few days this dress is all I think about it kills me that my wedding is still 5 mons away and I have to wait that long before I get to wear this beautiful work of art. It fit me perfectly if I could I would wear this dress all day everyday. I would recommend this dress to anyone.

They Changed My Mind
When I began to plan my wedding I didn't think I could get a dress in my size. I ordered a dress from overseas...when it arrived it was very plain and 4 sizes to big. I figured I would have to make it work somehow. I came in to Davids to purchase a dress for my daughter and the clerk helping us asked if I had a dress she could tell by face I didn't like it she asked if I would like to try on some dresses. I said no because they wouldn't have a dress in my size ( 30) well they changed my mind and I ended up finding the dress that I was afraid to dream of!!! I love my dress they were so helpful with the alterations and with my brides maid dresses. I added sleeves to my dress and a corset and on my wedding day I felt the most beautiful that I have ever felt...Thank you David for making this plus size bride feel absolutely beautiful!!

The ONE!!!!
I went into DB with a very specific look, in mind, satin, lace back, short train. I had a handful of dresses that I had looked at online and added to my favorites list. After trying on what felt like 20 dresses, although I was informed was only 8, my sister pulled this one from the rack and said "Just try it on, I know it's not what you're looking for, but I keep going back to it". I knew when my consultant zipped me up in it, that it felt right, light weight, looked like it hid the middle area. When I walked out of the fitting room and my mom and sister both started crying, I knew that this was the one. The only alteration that I think I'll need is some hemming, but it fit like a glove and everyone in my party loved it, including my neice who declared it had enough "dazzle for her" and that I needed to "say yes to this dress". We even managed to find the matching flower girl dress for her. I can't wait to wear it on March 9th!
