Gorgeous and comfy!
I just purchased this gown a month ago as my wedding dress! I had two goals for what I wanted in a dress: beautiful and comfortable and this dress was it! The empire waist is so flattering for my larger shape and I feel so pretty in it. The back and waist embellishments are my favorite parts of this dress easily. If you want simple, yet beautiful this is a great dress for you.

Found the dress!!
This is so beautiful. I love all the detail. It is so perfect for my elegant religious ceremony. Its an amazing fit and it was nothing I ever expected. I got the dress ivory and I am going to be wearing the small ivory jacket and elbow length gloves as well. I love the way the color looks on me. I always thought of Ivory being a more yellow color but I love this ivory.

LOVE IT
I had 2 wedding dresses hanging in my closet before going today to "look" again. I tried on numerous of dresses and I knew right from the start this was the dress for me. The fit was wonderful. I am large breasted (40E) so trying to find a dress is not easy. I had to end up getting a size 18W to hold my bust but am having alterations done to shorten the dress and take it in, in a few places.

Never felt prettier
I had gone to David's Bridal as per the advice of my aunt (I am plus size-dress size 18). She works for a bridal salon and knew that it would be a little stressful going to a typical boutique that did not have my size. So I gave it shot, with hesitation (still nervous not to feel pretty or bridal because of my size). This was the first dress I put on and the moment I walked out, I got tears from my mom. My mom and sisters loved it!! I turned and looked in the mirror and I fell in love too! The dress is soft and classic. The fabric is not heavy and doesn't add volume (which I was nervous about). I felt like a bride...and I didn't feel like a plus size one, just a normal girl getting her wedding dress. I tried a few more on afterwards just for the comparison and experience, but nothing compared. I knew this was the one. I went back with a couple friends to show them before the final purchase and they cried as well. So they rang the bell and it was mine!! I love this dress and loved wearing on my wedding day. My hubby was in awe. It as easy to dance in and perfect for an outdoor wedding in early September. I highly recommend this dress!!! You will feel beautiful!!
