Lots of compliments
I disliked this gown on both the model and the dress form. For whatever reason, I decided to try it on and fell in love! It's exactly what I wanted at a fraction of the cost as the other designer gowns I was trying. My only negative comment was that the dress was heavy and all of the weight rests on those two little threads at the top of the halter! I had mine reinforced and it was fine all night. I received a lot of comments about how beautiful the dress was.

Perfect!
I'm a size 4 but have very curvy hips. I never even thought of trying on a dress like this. When we walked into David's Bridal we saw this on a mannequin and because it was so pretty my maid of honor talked me into trying it on just out of curiosity. When I looked in the mirror it felt perfect. I tried on about 10 other dresses and kept going back to this one.
Regarding the question below about jewelry, I'm wearing the pearl necklace my mom wore on her wedding day, but I had on a delicate necklace (white gold chain with a single pearl and a little white gold decoration around it) on when I tried the dress and it looked perfect. This dress has a bit of a 1940���s movie star appeal to it and I love it!
