I saw this dress over a year ago while looking through a magazine with my friend. I told her "That is the dress I want to get married in". This past Christmas my boyfriend proposed and two days later I walked into Davids Bridal and tried on this dress. It fit perfect. I knew it was the one when my mother and future mother-in-law cried. amazing dress!
I just bought this dress for my Summer 2010 wedding. I had tried on about 15 dresses prior and had seriously considered buying one of them until I tried on this one. It made me cry & I knew it was THE ONE! I love the lace & the sweetheart neckline but I especially love the back! I switched the beaded sash for a plain ivory satin sash & I added a fuller petticoat to make the bottom fuller. I am also going to have the seamstress take it the bottom to make it look more mermaid-y style. It is a lot lighter and cooler than all the other dresses & I feel like I'll be able to dance all night in it!!

THE dress
This was the 5th dress I tried on and it just took my breath away. Several of the other dresses were beautiful too, but this truely felt like a bridal gown and not just a Cinderella prom dress. My mom lost words and I just can't wait to wear it on 10-10-10!
