I loved this dress fromt he first time that I saw it online. I tried the dress on and knew it was the one!! I did have some problems with the lace when my dress finally came. The lace in the dress at store must have been a little stratched out, so my dress at very top didnt button. I recommend buying one size up from what they recommend for your size and then get it sized down to fit you. When i had it fitted from the bigger size the dress felt awesome to wear! fit like a glove!

Vintage Perfect-O!
I have bad self-image. I put off my dress until 2 months before the wedding. Outwards, I kept up an enthusiastic excitability, but inwards I loathed trying on gowns.... until I got to David's Bridal. I had no idea what I wanted, almost to a hinderance b/c I had no clear vision. Our dress consultant was great and could read between the lines. I was having a vintage wedding: old building, family silver, antigue jewelry, brunch... So she pulled about 10 gowns. Each one got better and better in heading towards the end goal. Then this one. I had laughed at the thought of the "moment" rumor had when a bride found HER dress... until I was crawling up thru it like a bride being born, coming into the light of the dressing room ;# I hadn't seen it on the hanger #my bridesmaids had a system of off and on, off and on#, but once it was halfway up and my arms were going in the sleeves - OH MAN! I knew before I walked out, it was the moment! The lace back is just perfect and the button detailing made it so special. The skirt was full, but easy to manuver around in. I hate my fat neck, but loved the illusion of the slenderizing turtleneck back with the flattering sweeetheart neckline that showed the girls to perfection ;) The ruching at the empire waistine and down the torso smoothed my midsection and the only alteration was the hemline. The dress loves to be photographed, all the special details show up nicely too! CONS: 1. The buttons take a while, so make some time when getting ready to accommodate for that; 2. The bustle is complicated, but gorgeous - ask the alterations dep't to number the botton with it's correponding loop so it's a "bustle by number" and anyone can do it; 3. The lace alongside the armpit area does create friction and became uncomfortable after 5 hours - one review said to baby powder lightly to avoid this - I should've listened! Every bride wants that unique and one-of-a-kind dress. Let me say this: It was so perfect that I hope many other full-figured ladies would love to wear it as much as I did. Simply stunning
This dress goes without saying-stunning!! I went into my appointment thinking I wanted a fit-in-flare style (as I have hips but am also big busted with a defined waist. I tried on the fit n flare and then another dress before this one.i was so comfortable in this dress and it flattered my body so well- I wasn't pulling it up at the bust or tugging anywhere. The lace back is so romantic and sexy, yet classic and elegant! Perfect dress for us busty, hippy, and perfect non-size 10s out there!

Best Wedding Dress
When I first got engages, I started looking at dresses on the DB website and this was the first dress that I came across that I absolutely fell in love with. I picked out 3 other pictures that I liked too so I had a variety to try on. When I went into David's I tried this dress on first and I fell in love with it all over again. I did try on another 4 dresses but when I was done, I tried this one on again and knew that I HAD to have this dress. Even, my future mother-in-law said that she could see it on my face that this is THE dress for me. I love it because it is very flattering on those of us who don't have the smallest body frame and yet has a BEAUTIFUL design both on the front and the back. I definitely recommend this dress to ANYONE. It is so gorgeous and you will not regret it at all.
