My dress! I fell in love with this dress very quickly after I started trying different dresses on. It was the dress that I put on and didn't want to take off again. Interestingly, I looked online and in catalogs but this dress didn't catch my eye until I saw it in person. The picture really doesn't do it justice. It is stunning. Two of my favorite features were the key-hole lace back, and how incredibly light the dress is. It is very comfortable to wear, feels like you're floating. The only downside for me was that it did require alterations which got rather expensive but that's because I'm small chested so the dress had to be taken in for me. Overall I LOVE this dress. It was everything I wanted and I loved wearing it. My husband cried when he saw me in it. August 22, 2013
My perfect dress I went into David's with this dress on my list. I tried on 4 dresses the sales girl got for me before my bridesmaid found this off my list. I tried it on and knew right away this was it. It had been exactly what I was looking for its light weight and perfect or a summer wedding like mine. I got it in the ivory and it was perfect I didn't wear the sash at my church service but put it on at the reception. I did have to do a lot of alterations to it. I am 5 6" and 110 lbs I had to take in my size 0 by like 4 inches on both sides and I had to shorten the straps and I moved the straps in on the front so they made the arm area a little bigger. I dint have to hem it tho because I wore 5 inch heels (husband is 6 5"). I had I many compliments. Was my perfect dress!!! August 5, 2013
Beautiful dress for a beautiful day I wore this dress for my June 2013 wedding. It was the only dress I wanted to try on when I arrived to look at dresses at David's. When I put the dress on, I knew it was the right one, but I did modify it a little. Brides should consider this dress in WHITE instead of ivory. It is truly stunning, although most stores only offer it in ivory to try on. I thought the skirts at David's were a little too poofy under this dress, so my mother and I bought our own coarse tulle and sewed in a few layers just under my knee. This helped so the dress didn't cling to my legs and feet or hang. I also don't think the sash goes with it at all. I thought about getting a different one or wearing a plain white sash, but in the end, I liked it without! Since the back got a little plain without the bow, I added my own covered buttons going down the zipper. I encourage you to take this beautiful dress and make it unique, just like you! Happy wedding, brides! :) August 1, 2013
Gorgeous! Before going into Davids Bridal I had a picture in my head of what I wanted. I was trying dresses on and when I put this dress on I knew right away that this was it. I had alterations take up the straps so I didn't have to worry about a bra, worked wonderfully. I wore a size 8 and it fit like a glove. I had it hemmed and a 5 point bustle added. I am so pleased with the gown. Got TONS of compliments at the wedding. I couldn't have found a better gown. July 9, 2013
