Elegant and comfortable A wonderful dress; very light and comfortable. I had a few adjustments made to the buttons on the neck so that it would be tighter on top as well as putting on a small button for the bustle. I did not put in cups but I would recommend doing so because I was sore after not wearing anything underneath. Everyone complemented the lace and open back. And even though I was hesitant about the train, it was perfect for the ceremony and easily folded up into a bustle afterwards. I also kept the original sash. I traveled quite a bit with the dress on trains and planes, folded in a bag and it did not wrinkle at all! But I did notice over the months I had the dress before the wedding that when I would try it on, several of the decorative flowers would start to fray. September 27, 2012
I love my dress I bought my dress yesterday and I can't wait to wear it for my June 22nd wedding. It was the 2nd dress I tried on and everyone just knew that this was it. My dress is special because it was a dress that was "cut" wrong and was therefore cheaper than its twinsies. The dress fits beautifully on me and all that i will be adding is cups so I don't have to wear a bra (I am small chested) and a button that will allow me to pin up the train during the reception. No alterations needed. I noticed a lot of people have hated the sash but I like and will be keeping the original sash. This bride to be is very pleased. I always wanted a lace dress but figured it was out of my budget, so glad my consultant picked this dress for me to try on. September 8, 2012
The most amazing dress The theme of our wedding was country chic. I wanted a dress that was vintage and went well with our theme. I had tried tons of dresses on, but when I saw this one, I knew I had to get it. As soon as I stepped into the dress, I cried....it was perfect. Alterations on this dress got a little pricy, but I added a lot of little things ( taking the boning out, adding bra cups, and adding an elaborate bussel.) Overall, this was the perfect dress. I would recommend this dress to ANYONE <3 September 6, 2012
Great for the Vintage Bride I had gone into David's Bridal not knowing what would look the best on me. After trying on a few gowns the consultant brought out this dress. It made me smile and I knew this is the one that I wanted. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the beaded sash. I just ordered the plain Ivory sash from the website and it came together beautifully. IF you are doing a vintage theme a lace dress is perfect. Just beware the alterations can be a bit pricy but in the end its worth it! August 13, 2012
